Please do not attend your physiotherapy appointment.
If you are in a high-risk category, (for example over 70 years of age or with a pre-existing health condition), please liaise with your physiotherapist prior to your appointment.
We are changing our appointment procedures to allow for enhanced infection control and to ensure that only one patient is in the premise at any one time.
We have introduced a gap between every patient appointment, therefore please do not arrive any more the 5 minutes earlier then your allocated appointment time.
We will be keeping strictly to appointment time only.
Between every patient we will be disinfecting all surfaces, including door handles and all areas involved with patient care.
Any linen used will be single use only.
Patients will be asked to wash their hands before and after their appointment and to wear a mask which we can provide.
If paying by cash, the correct money would be greatly appreciated at this time. If you are unable or would rather not have a ‘face to face’ consultation, we can offer the option of a remote consultation via phone or 'WhatsApp' (video consultation). We will be able to give you advice for self-management and exercise therapy to help manage and treat your current condition. A dedicated exercise plan can then be emailed to you. These appointments will be of 30 minutes duration with a £20 consultation fee. This will be payable via BACS on the day of the consultation.
Cancellation Policy Due to the current COVID-19 situation, additional paperwork is required prior to each patient’s appointment and additional time needs to be left between each patient. We have therefore altered our cancellation policy. If you need to cancel an appointment, please try to provide as much notice as possible. If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice you will be required to pay a £25 fee. If you fail to attend your appointment without contacting us, you will be required to pay the full appointment fee. Many thanks for your understanding.
